CE Courses

The Florida PDMP Foundation is now offering a 1.5 hour CE Course for physicians, dentists, podiatrists, ARPNs, PAs, pharmacists, optometrists and their designees —Improving Best Practices for Patient Care: Optimizing the Use of the PDMP Database. Physicians, pharmacists and podiatrists will receive 1.25 credits. Dentists and Nurse Practitioners are awarded 1.0 hours credit.

Courses have been offered in person at past meetings and events. They are now offered online at CE Broker in collaboration with the Florida Medical Association and Florida Department of Health.

Dentists, Pharmacists, Podiatrists, and Nurse Practitioners should take the course via CE Broker. MDs, DOs, and PAs should take the course through FMA. Please be advised that this is NOT a repeat of the required two hour controlled substance course.
